Do I have to change the programs I use?
Usually not. First we check what you already have. We suggest a change only when your current program cannot be connected.
How long does the setup take?
A simple process usually takes a few working days. We give the exact date in the quote, after the call.
What happens if the automation stops working?
You get a notification, and the process can be done by hand for a while. Under the care plan we fix the fault.
Is it safe for customer data?
We agree which data is needed and process nothing more. Only named people have access.
Is this artificial intelligence?
Not always. Many processes only need ordinary rules. We add AI only where it really helps, for example when drafting a reply.
Can I start with one automation and stop there?
Yes. One working automation is a complete service, not the start of a bigger contract.
